Screen Printing

How much does it cost?

The cost of your order comes down to multiple factors. Garment choice, the number of colors in an imprint, the number of imprint locations, and the number of garments in the order all affect the final cost.

What if I only want one shirt printed?

Screenprinting is the most cost-effective when producing multiple garments. We have a 24-piece order minimum for that reason, and we offer price breaks as quantities increase. Our standard price breaks occur on orders of 48, 96, and 150 pieces.

What is the turn-around time for screen printing?

Once your artwork has been approved, we will have your order ready in five to seven business days.

How much does printing a new design with you cost?

There is a one-time cost of $20 for each new design you print with us. Re-orders of previous prints only have a $10 charge.

How many colors can my design be?

We are able to print up to seven colors in one design, or seven colors without an under base.

What kind of inks do you use?

We work with tons of different types of inks and will always pick the best option for the job. Most often, we print with plastisol, discharge, water-based, and puff inks, to name a few.

What is an under base and why do I need one for my order?

An under base is used when printing on dark apparel so that the colors can stand out and be seen. A yellow print on a black shirt is typically a two-color job because you need an under base beneath the yellow for your design to be vibrant.

Can I provide you with my own garments?

We work with all of the largest blank apparel companies around, so our pricing on blank goods is tough to beat. However, if you have a sales representative or apparel company you commonly work with, reach out to our sales team and let them know!

Embroidery

How much does it cost?

The cost of your order comes down to multiple factors. Garment choice, the number of stitches in the design, the number of imprint locations, and the number of garments in the order all affect the final cost.

What are your order minimums on embroidery?

In order to keep things as cost-effective as possible for you, we typically apply the same 24-piece order minimums on embroidery as well.

What if I only want one or a few specialty items embroidered?

Reach out to our sales team and talk to them about what you need! We can often embroider certain specialty items for a one-time fee.

What is the turn-around time for embroidery?

Once your artwork has been approved, we will have your order ready in 7-10 business days

What is digitizing and how does it affect me?

Digitizing is the process of turning art and designs into a file our embroidery machines can read. Every new design comes with a one-time digitizing fee of $35. Once your design is digitized, we save it for you, so it won’t apply to reorders!

Will you digitize my file for me?

-Absolutely!
